Ingredient for 2 serving
1 kg Chicken pieces100 ml Butter milk
2 no. Egg
1 tsp Onion, ginger, garlic
Pwd.(Each)
1 tbsp Red chilli pwd
200 gmBread crumbs
100 gm Corn flour/Refined flour
(I prefer corn flour for more crispness)
Seasoning as per your taste
Oil to fry
Method
- Take big bowl add buttermilk with chicken pieces and salt & pepper in it rest for 3-4 hr cold.
- Mean while take flour add onion, garlic, ginger, red chilli pwd and salt, mix it.
- Add eggs and flour mixture into the chicken, mix it with your hand there should be no lumps.
- Now coat with bread crumbs and deep fry on medium heat till it cooked with nice red in color.
- Sprinkle some Chat masala over it and serve with your fav. dip mine is Mint chutney.
