INGREDIENTS : ( for 4 serving)

Pom-fret fish (or any flat fish)        01 nos.
Egg white                                       01 nos.
Refined Flour                                 10 gms.
Bread crumbs                                 20 gms.
Lemon juice                                   05 ml.
salt                                                  5 gms.
pepper                                            a pinch
mustard powder                             5 gms
Oil                                                  For deep fry

STEPS :

  • Cut out Fillets of the fish. (Fillets are quarters of fish boneless.)
  • Marinate the fish in Lemon juice mixture with salt, pepper and mustard powder.(for 30 mins. keep it).
  • Take the fish and dust it with refined flour.
  • Coat it with egg white and top layer of bread crumbs.
  • Deep fry in a kadhai.
  • Serve hot with Tartar sauce or Mayonnaise sauce and garnish with some lemon wedges.
