Ingredients
100 gm Mint leaves30 gm Cilantro
1 tbsp Spinach puree
4-5 Green chilli
1/2 kg Curd (whisked)
2 tbsp Chaat masala here
Salt to taste
Method
- Make a fine puree of mint, cilantro leaves and green chilli by adding ice cubes.
- Now In bowl add curd, now pore the above puree, spinach puree, Chaat masala and salt.
- Now whisk completely. Adjust the seasoning accordingly.
