Fish tikka with Mint chutneyIngredient for serving for 3-4

1 kg Fish Fillet(Any white fish)
4 tbsp Lime juice
1/2 cup Low fat yogurt
4 tsp Ginger garlic paste
2 tbsp Garam masala(click here)
2 tbsp Kashmiri red chille pwd
1 tbsp Chat masala(click here)
Seasoning according to the taste

Method

  • Cut the Fish fillet into 6 cm cubes.
  • First marinade: Marinate the cubes in lemon juice and seasoning for 15-20 minutes.
  • Second marinade: Beat the low fat curd until smooth consistency, add the remaining ingredient except chat masala, Now add the fish cubes into it and leave for 2 hours to marinate.
  • Now thread the fish cubes onto the skewer and grill it until done.
  • Place on the plate sprinkle some chat masala over it and serve with mint chutney, lachha onion and lemon wedges.
