Ingredient for___ 4-6 servings
1.2 kg Chicken1 tbsp Coriander pwd
1 tbsp Red chilli pwd
1 tsp Turmeric pwd
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp Garam masala
Salt to taste
1 tbsp Tomato puree
4-5 tbsp Hung Curd
2 tbsp Lemon juice
Chopped coriander for garnish
Method
- Make a marinade with all the ingredient except coriander and chicken.
- Make cuts on the leg of chicken.
- Now rub the marinade all over the chicken with your hand.
- Leave for 20-30 min. Preheat the oven.
- Now bake it for 40-50 minutes at 180-200 degree.
- Sprinkle chopped coriander and Squeeze some lemon juice over the roasted chicken.
- Serve with Mint chutney(dip) and Laccha onion(round sliced onion)
