Tandoori(Roasted) Chicken

1.2 kg Chicken
1 tbsp Coriander pwd
1 tbsp Red chilli pwd
1 tsp Turmeric pwd
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp Garam masala
Salt to taste
1 tbsp Tomato puree
4-5 tbsp Hung Curd
2 tbsp Lemon juice
Chopped coriander for  garnish

Method

  • Make a marinade with all the ingredient except coriander and chicken.
  • Make cuts on the leg of chicken.
  • Now rub the marinade all over the chicken with your hand.
  • Leave for 20-30 min. Preheat the oven.
  • Now bake it for 40-50 minutes at 180-200 degree.
  • Sprinkle chopped coriander and Squeeze some lemon juice over the roasted chicken.
  • Serve with Mint chutney(dip) and Laccha onion(round sliced onion)
