Sweet corn chicken soup


Sweet corn chicken soupIngredient for 1 liters

350 gm Chicken breast
200 gm Canned sweet corn
1 tbsp Salt
300 ml Chicken stock
2 tsp Light soy sauce
1 tsp White pepper
1/2 tsp Chopped garlic
1 tsp Corn flour
1 no. Egg white
1 tbsp Spring onions
1 tsp Chopped coriander

Method

  • Take a wok with stock and corn and bring to boil.
  • Now add chicken julienne and let it cook, now add light soy, garlic, white pepper, salt and simmer.
  • when chicken is cooked add corn flour to thicken and egg white as threads.
  • Finish with spring onion and chopped coriander.
  • Adjust the seasoning if required. serve hot.
