Ingredient for serving 2
2 Large fillet of basa(200 gm each)2 tbsp Crushed coriander seeds
3 tbsp Sesame seeds
50 ml Lemon juice
100 ml olive oil
2 tsp Chilli flakes
Seasoning according to taste
Chopped Parsley for topping
3-4 Crushed garlic cloves
Method
- Marinade the basa with remaining ingredient for 20-30 minutes in refrigerator.
- Heat the griller spray some oil over it, Now grill the basa on medium heat Till it done or you see the grill marks on both side.
- Remove from the griller kept side of 3-5 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped parsley, Serve as it with lemon wedges and salad or dip of your choice.
