Broccoli salad with tomatoes

Ingredients for 5_portions

Broccoli Florets                     1/2 kg
Olive oil                                 60 ml
Seasoning as per taste
Chopped Roasted almonds    50 gm
Chopped Spring Onion          50 gm
Chopped Tomatoes               100 gm

Method


  • Blanch Broccoli florets in water.
  • Toss broccoli in half of the olive oil and seasoning, Plate in the platter.
  • Heat the remaining olive oil and saute the almonds until golden brown remove from the fire.
  • Now add chopped spring onion, tomatoes and put it over the plated broccoli and serve.
