Beetroot 250 gm
White wine vinegar 150 ml
Cloves 2 no.
Peppercorns 3-4 no.
Seasoning as per taste
Parsley 10 gm
Orange segments 6-8 no.
Mint leaves 5 gm
Vinaigrette 1 tsp
Method
- Boil beetroot along with white wine vinegar, cloves, peppercorns.
- Once boiled, peel the skin of beetroot and cut into dices.
- Toss the beetroot with the vinaigrette and garnish with orange segments and mint leaves.
