Low calorie vegetable soup

This is the healthy low calorie soup recipes, which is made up from the veggies. It is a recipe for those who are calorie conscious or those on a diet to loose their weight.

Ingredients  for 4-6 serving

Water            750 ml
Onion            1 no
Green chille  2 no
Tomatoes      3 no large
Cabbage        1/2 cup
Lettuce leaf   2 no
Carrot           1 no
Seasoning to taste

Method

  • Clean and rinse all the ingredients on running water.
  • Now switch on the heat and boil all the ingredient for 5 to 7 minutes.
  • Remove from the heat and blend with hand blender.
  • Adjust the seasoning according to the taste.
  • Garnish with parsley or cilantro. serve it.
