Detox water ( That gives you flat belly )

If you want to lose belly fat you will surely start to exercise regularly and start consuming healthy food.This beverage recipe contain the most effective ingredients for burning fat Which help you to achieve your goal. I have been personally trying this recipe since a month which gave me a better result, through this i had lost 8 kg in a month, simultaneously you need to do exercise at-least for 1 hrs. Through this procedure you should avoid intake of sugar & its product and reduce the sodium in your diet.
Lemon and ginger detox juice


Ingredients

Lemon 1 big size
Ginger juice 1 tsp
Water   400 ml

Preparation

Warm the water on a heat, now add the ginger and lemon juice into it.
Drink all the juice in the morning on a empty stomach.


Detox juiceIngredients

Lemon  1 no
Cucumber 1 no
Grated ginger 1 tsp
Parsley  A bunch
Mint leaves  10-12
Water  400 ml

Preparation

Put all the ingredient into the juicer and make a juice. Drink this wonderful juice every Night before going to bed.( only one glass )


Do regular exercise to loose your weight Fast.


Caution: Do not drink this juice more then recommended.
