Ingredients
Boiled potatoes 4 nosTempering
Oil 2 tbsp
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
Asafoetida pinch
Turmeric pwd 1/4 tsp
Green chillies 3-4 nos
Curry leaves 5-6 nos
Coriander leaves for topping
Seasoning to taste
Lemon juice 2 tsp
Sugar pinch
Method
- Make small cube of potatoes.
- Heat oil in kadai, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds allow to crackle.
- Now add asafoetida, turmeric pwd, slit green chilli and curry leaves, saute for 10 seconds.
- Add potato cubes mix gently, sprinkle seasoning and pinch of sugar.
- Cover the pan and cook over medium low heat for 5 to 7 min., stir in between.
- Remove form the fire, add lemon juice and mix well. Garnish with chopped coriander. serve hot.
