Ingredients for 4 serving
200 gm Chicken tikka(cooked)1 tbsp Hung curd
1 tbsp Chopped coriander
1 medium Chopped onion
1 tsp Chopped Ginger
1 tsp Chopped Green chilli
50 gm Shreded cabbage
1 tbps Mint puree
4 no. Spring roll sheets
1 tbsp Lemon juice
1 tbsp Red chilli puree
Method
- Edible gum- 1 tbsp refined flour mix in little water make a paste.
- Cut the chicken tikka into small dices.
- Now take a bowl add chicken tikka and all the ingredient, make a mixture.
- Take 1 sheet now pore the mixture into the center of the sheet.
- Roll the sheet like cylinder tightly, closing the edges inward, grease the edible gum at the end of sheet and close it.(No hole or space should be there else it will get filled with oil while frying)
- Deep fry the rolls till lightly brown color. remove excess oil by placing it over tissue paper
- Cut from the center. serve with dip you like.
