Shrikand topped with pistachio and sunflower seeds

It is an Indian sweet dish made of strained yogurt. It is one of the main desserts in Gujarati cuisine and Maharashtrian cuisine.

Ingredients serving for__10-15

Hung yogurt             1 kg
Castor sugar             150 gm
Saffron                     1 gm
Green Cardamom
pwd                          1 tsp
Pistachio                  2 tsp
Sunflower seeds      1 tsp

Method

Transfer the yogurt to a bowl add sugar & whisk until fluffy.
Add saffron & cardamom pwd Mix well.
Remove to serving glass or bowl, garnish with pistachio and sunflower seeds.
Refrigerate for at least 2 to 3 hrs.
Serve cold.
