It is an Indian sweet dish made of strained yogurt. It is one of the main desserts in Gujarati cuisine and Maharashtrian cuisine.
Ingredients serving for__10-15
Hung yogurt 1 kgCastor sugar 150 gm
Saffron 1 gm
Green Cardamom
pwd 1 tsp
Pistachio 2 tsp
Sunflower seeds 1 tsp
Method
Transfer the yogurt to a bowl add sugar & whisk until fluffy.Add saffron & cardamom pwd Mix well.
Remove to serving glass or bowl, garnish with pistachio and sunflower seeds.
Refrigerate for at least 2 to 3 hrs.
Serve cold.
