Ingredients for 10 portions
Chicken breast 1 kgSesame seeds 100 gm
Brown sugar 100 gm
Soya sauce 100 ml
Salt as required for taste
White pepper pwd 20 gm
Ginger chopped 10 gm
Garlic chopped 10 gm
Red wine 30 ml
Oil 100 ml
Green chilli
chopped 1 tsp
Crushed pepper 1 tsp
Chopped spring
onion 10 gm
Method
- Chicken- Marinate with salt, crushed pepper and sesame seeds and press to get stick on the chicken.
- Take a pan heat little oil saute the chopped garlic, ginger and green chilli, then add soya sauce, red wine and brown sugar, reduce it to make the sauce, sprinkle some sesame seeds in the sauce.
- Now take the chicken pieces sear on hot grill, spread little sauce on to the chicken pieces and cook till it done.
- Slice the cooked chicken into pieces, Arrange on the plate Drizzle the sauce onto the chicken pieces, garnish with chopped spring onion.
