It is a easy, Delicious and healthy grilled chicken breast recipe which is made of red chilli paste marinade.
4 no. Chicken Breast (skinless)
5 no. Big size red chilli
2 tbsp Whole coriander seeds
1 tbsp Cumin seeds
1 tbsp Black cumin (Shahi jeera)
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
5 tbsp Olive oil
Parsley or coriander leaves
1 tbsp Lemon juice
salt for seasoning
Pepper for seasoning

1 tbsp Lemon juice

Method
- Marinate the chicken breast with salt, pepper, lemon juice and 2 tbsp olive oil.
- Now make the fine paste from the red chilli, coriander seeds, both cumin seeds and cinnamon.
- Take a bowl add remaining olive oil, salt and 2-3 tbsp above mixture, make a marinade.
- Now take chicken breast one by one and dip into the above marinade.
- Put the chicken breast on the hot griller and cook both side till brown color.
- Garnish with parsley leaves, serve with spicy hug curd dip.
