Cottage cheese Veg Burger

This version of burger is healthier then the burger we purchase or eat from street food or restros, which are packed with lots of calories. This version has low calorie.

Ingredient for __6 serving

Cottage cheese Veg Burger6 Burger buns
6 Round slice onion
6 Big round slice tomatoes
10-12 Lettuce leaves
1/4 Cup Spicy low fat-hung curd
6 Slices of cottage cheese
For Veggie patty
1  Zucchini grated
1 Boiled potato peeled & grated
1  Carrot grated
1/4  Cup onion grated
1/2  tsp Oregano
2  Egg whites

Method

For Patty
  • Combine all the patty ingredients, mix well & give a patty shape
  • Pour the patty on hot griddle. Fry 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
For Burger
In a hot plate spray little olive oil, take a bun sear till golden brown color, now spread little spicy hung curd mixture, place the lettuce leaves, tomatoes slice, then put the patty after that place a cottage cheese, onion slice close the bun, serve and enjoy it.
