Spaghetti with cherry tomato and chillies

Ingredients serving for 4

Olive oil               50 ml
Garlic                   3-4 Flakes
Spaghetti pasta    400 gm
Dry red chillies   3-4 no.
cherry tomatoes (Half)  100 gm
Black olives        50 gm
Basil                    for topping

Method


  • Heat olive oil in pan and add chopped garlic, chillies, Halfed cherry tomatoes, chopped black olives and cook to combined the flavors.
  • In a separate pan boil water and cook spaghetti pasta Al-Dante. and drain.
  • Now add pasta into the mixture with some water in which pasta is cooked.(About 1 to 2 tbsp for silkiness)
  • Toasted the pasta and season with pepper & salt and topped with basil.
