Lamb muttonpieces 1 kg

Preparation
Mutton- wash and marinate with G&G paste, raw papaya and curd.Method
- Heat Ghee in the pan and add the cinnamon, green & black cardamom, cumin, cloves and chopped onion fry till golden brown.
- Now add the marinated mutton stirring to avoid sticking till liquid from curd is dried up.
- Now add the remaining ingredients into it and add 2 cup of water stir it again.
- Cover it with a lid and allow to cook till mutton is tender and cooked on low flame.
- Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or naan.
