Ingredients _serving for 4
Potatoes, peeled 600 g
Butter 2 Tbsp
Oil for frying
Freshly grated
Parmesan cheese 1/2 cup
Eggs 3 no.
White Onion
fined chopped 1 medium size
Breadcrumbs 1 cup
Salt & pepper to taste
Mozzarella ball 1 no.
Chopped parsley 50 g
Sesame seed 50 g
Methods
- Peeled and Boil potatoes until the fork tender and let cool. In large bowl mash potatoes like creamy texture.
- Take a heavy bottom pan heat butter and saute onion add mashed potatoes removed from pan let it cool.
- Now add the grated Parmesan, chopped parsley, seasonings and mix all the ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Grab a handful mixture and create logs, make and indentation in the middle of the log and add little strips mozzarella and covered the mozzarella, make cylindrical shape.
- Now take beat the egg in a bowl and take breadcrumbs and sesame seeds in another bowl.
- Dip one log in beaten egg and cover with breadcrumbs and sesame seeds, do for remaining, and fry till crispy and golden brown.
- Remove extra oil and serve warm with choice of dip or sauce.
