Ingredient for 4_portions
Chopped Celery 5 gChopped onion 25 g
Chopped garlic 10 g
Fresh Cream 150 ml
Butter 10 ml
Mushrooms 100 g
Broccoli floret 100 g
Stock 100 ml
Penne 500 g
Parmesan cheese 10 g
Method
- Melt the butter in a pan.Add the garlic in pan and cook til it turns golden color
- Add mushroom and Broccoli and Saute.
- Add chopped celery,onion and cook, add stock to it.
- Add penne pasta(Blanched in boiling water for the time mentioned on the packet and strained))
- Add cream and keep stirring till boiling.
- Adjust the seasoning and add Parmesan cheese at the time of finishing.
- Serve hot.
