Mashed Potato with garlic

Potatoes       900 g
Butter           100 g
Chopped
garlic            10 g
Cream           50 ml
Chopped
parsley          10 g
Salt                to taste

Method


  • Peel the potato and boil with 1/2 tsp salt until cooked.
  • Now strain the potato and mash with the masher or grate it.
  • Heat the butter in pan, Saute the chopped garlic.
  • Now add the mashed potato along with the seasonings.  
  • Now add the cream and mix well with the potato. Remove from heat.
  • Finish off with little butter and chopped parsley.
  • Serve hot.
