Ingredients for 4-5 serving
Potatoes 900 gButter 100 g
Chopped
garlic 10 g
Cream 50 ml
Chopped
parsley 10 g
Salt to taste
Method
- Peel the potato and boil with 1/2 tsp salt until cooked.
- Now strain the potato and mash with the masher or grate it.
- Heat the butter in pan, Saute the chopped garlic.
- Now add the mashed potato along with the seasonings.
- Now add the cream and mix well with the potato. Remove from heat.
- Finish off with little butter and chopped parsley.
- Serve hot.
