Barbecued lamb skewers

Lamb                   1/2 kg
Lemon juice       50 ml
Ginger garlic
paste                   50 ml
Hot chilli oil       50 ml
Salt                      to taste

Method:


  • Cut the lamb into cubes and marinate with all ingredients for at least 12 hours or for a day.
  • Arrange them on the skewers and cook on a moderately hot charcoal grill.
  • Serve hot with salad or sauce/chutney.
