Carbonara is an Italian pasta dish from Rome based on eggs, cheese, bacon, and black pepper.
100 gm Bacon
200 gm Cream
5 gm Parsley
2 no. Egg yolk
20 gm Parmesan Cheese
50 gm Onion
50 gm Garlic
30 ml White Wine
10 gm Salt
10 gm Pepper
50 ml Olive Oil
5.Add cooked spaghetti and chop parsley and seasoning.
6.Remove from flame.Add grated Parmesan cheese and toss.

Method :
1.Heat oil in the pan,Add julienne of bacon and Saute till golden brown and crisp.
2.Add onion and garlic and cook till it become translucent.
3.Make a mixture of cream and egg-yolk.
4.Add wine and lower the flame,add mixture of cream and egg-yolk.5.Add cooked spaghetti and chop parsley and seasoning.
6.Remove from flame.Add grated Parmesan cheese and toss.
