Spaghetti Carbonara

Carbonara is an Italian pasta dish from Rome based on eggs, cheese, bacon, and black pepper.

Ingredients for _4 portions

500 gm                 Spaghetti
100 gm                 Bacon 
200 gm                 Cream
5 gm                     Parsley 
2 no.                     Egg yolk 
20 gm                   Parmesan Cheese 
50 gm                   Onion 
50 gm                   Garlic 
30 ml                    White Wine 
10 gm                   Salt 
10 gm                   Pepper 
50 ml                    Olive Oil


Method :

1.Heat oil in the pan,Add julienne of bacon and Saute till golden brown and crisp.
2.Add onion and garlic and cook till it become translucent.
3.Make a mixture of cream and egg-yolk. 
4.Add wine and lower the flame,add mixture of cream and egg-yolk.
5.Add cooked spaghetti and chop parsley and seasoning.
6.Remove from flame.Add grated Parmesan cheese and toss.
