Ingredients- serving 4
150gm Diced potatoes70gm Diced carrots
60gm Green peas
30gm Diced french beans
160gm Mayonnaise
5gm Salt
5gm Pepper
For garnish Parsley
Method:
1. Blanch the vegetables and refresh them in cold water2.Take a clean bowl , take all vegetables and add mayonnaise and mix well
3. Add seasoning & sprinkle some parsley and Serve cold.
