Kebab Masala is a special blend of spices which are used to marinate lamb, chicken or fish before preparing kebabs.

Ingredients for_ 450gms

200g                                     Chat Masala
50g                                       Yellow Chilly Powder
30g                                       Black Salt
30g                                       Garam Masala
10g                                       Salt
100g                                     Kasoori Methi

Method:

Mix all the ingredients together.
