Ingredients( For 2)
Fresh ginger crushed 10gm.
Mint leaves 6no.
Fresh lime juice 50ml
Honey 50gm
Cold water 400ml
Ice cubes 4cubes
Method
- Place a crushed ginger into a glass jar, pour the lime juice in it and refrigerate overnight or 4-5 hours.
- Strain the mixture of ginger and lime.
- Now add water & honey and blend them.
- Now serve in a juice glass and garnished with mint leaves, lime wedges and ginger julienne.
