FARFALLE WITH MUSHROOM CREAM AND THYME.

Ingredients for _4 portions

500gm        Farfalle pasta
250gm        Mushrooms
350ml         Cream
30gm          Parmesan cheese
5gm           Thyme 
50gm         Chopped onions
15gm         Chopped garlic
5gm           Salt 
3gm           Black pepper 
30ml          Olive oil 

Method:

1.Heat Olive oil in the pan.Add garlic and saute till golden color.
2.Add onion and cook till transparent.
3.Add thyme and seasoning in it.
4.Add Mushroom and saute till water evaporates from mushroom.
5.Add cream and give one boil.
6.Add cooked Farfalle and toss the pasta till it get coated with sauce.
7.Garnish with grated Parmesan cheese & some chopped parsley and serve hot.
