For the tasty, tender chicken, marinate overnight and bring them to room temperature before cooking.
Ingredients( serve 4-6)
Boneless ckicken breastskinless 1kg
Bell peppers(yellow or red)
1-inch pieces 1no.
Onion peeled-1-inch pieces 1no.
Wooden skewers 8

Method
- Soak wooden skewers in cold water for at least 30 minutes.
- Cut chicken breasts lengthwise into 1-inch wide strips.
- Take a big bowl Add marinade into it.
- Let marinate in refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Meanwhile in boiling water, blanch peppers & Onion for 2 minutes.
- Thread chicken onto skewers leaving 1/4-inch spaces between pieces for even cooking.
- Add 1 pieces of bell pepper & 1 of onion to each skewer in between chicken pieces.
- Grill or broil until chicken is cooked through; 5-8 minutes.
- Garnish & serve with lemon wedges and onion rings.
