50g FENNEL SEED (Saunf)
50g GINGER POWDER
50g CUMIN SEED
100g CORIANDER SEED
20g RED CHILLI POWDER
5g SALT
20g OREGANO (Ajwain)
10g BLACK SALT (Kala namak)
10g BLACK PEPPER
Ingredients for_ 450gms
150g AAMCHOOR (Dry mango pwd)50g FENNEL SEED (Saunf)
50g GINGER POWDER
50g CUMIN SEED
100g CORIANDER SEED
20g RED CHILLI POWDER
5g SALT
20g OREGANO (Ajwain)
10g BLACK SALT (Kala namak)
10g BLACK PEPPER
Method:
- Roast all the ingredients except aamchoor, ginger powder, salt, and red chilli powder.
- Grind all the ingredients to a fine powder.
- Store and use when required.
- Use as a seasoning of salad, roasted chicken, chats etc.
