Ingredients for 300g
Black cardamom 30 gGreen cardamom 80 g
Cloves 30 g
Cinnamon stick 30 g
Dry ginger 30 g
Mace 50 g
Nutmeg 30 g
Rose petals(dried) 30 g
Method:
Dry all the ingredients well over a low heated tandoor or oven, don't burn it.Grind to a fine powder and vacuum pack in small portions till required.
