Roasted Tomato Salad

Ingredient for --- 5 portions

Roasted Tomato Salad1/2 kg Tomatoes
1 tsp Basil
150 ml Olive oil
1 tsp Chopped garlic
2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Black pepper crushed
150 gm Mozzarella(chopped)

Method


  • Cut the tomatoes into halves and marinate with salt, crushed pepper, 50 ml of olive oil, chopped garlic and basil.
  • Cook the tomatoes in the preheated oven at 180`c for 15 minutes, after 10 minute add mozzarella top of the tomatoes and put it into the oven again.
  • Now arrange into the serving plate drizzle the remaining olive oil and serve it.
