Kesar Pista Lassi

Here's a great recipe that uses pistachio to make a cool and soothing lassi, best recipe for hot summer.


Kesar Pista Lassi

Ingredient for 2 servings

500 ml Yogurt(Dahi)
100 gm Sugar
1 gm Saffron(kesar)
2 tbsp Pistachio crushed
1/2 tsp Green cardamom pwd

Method


  • Take mixer jar add all the ingredients into it and give a mix.
  • Now remove into a serving glass top with pistachio and serve chilled.

* If you find kulhad which mean glass made from the clay just like the image, before serving on kulhad dip the kulhad in water then serve, it will give the earthy flovour.
- You can also use a dessert drink.
